The Baseball cleats of today have turned into a totally customizable type of performance based shoes. These baseball cleats now can be set up according to what ever type of playing surface you face whether it is needed that you have metal cleats, molded cleats, or turf cleats or that you can simple remove the cleats in order to make a training shoe that can be worn anywhere around the field house. The different ankle heights also make it for the ability to choose how you wish to utilize your cleats whether it be for maneuverability or if you’re prone to ankle sprains and other ankle related injuries then you can get fitted for a higher ankle support that can caress your ankle as well as support it for when you slide into bases and usually to where your foot hits the bag at an overly accelerated rate as to where most baseball players injure their ankles. The same goes for too much bite from the cleat as many outfielders are prone to rapidly changing directions and in the case of many older cleat designs you would be faced with several instances where you would need to rapidly change your course of direction in order to
go after a pop-fly or a rapid grounder and in many injury cases the individual would turn to abruptly while the baseball cleats would continue to be securely planted and thus the ankle would be placed in a precarious position and thus injury would occur.
